Mr. Sunil Jhakhar is a gentleman, and he understands Punjabi culture and politics. It appears that his heart is still in Congress, which is reasonably true after spending 50 years in a party. No doubt, under his leadership, BJP got 18% of votes in Punjab without converting into a seat. He can be a good bridge between central leadership and local cadre of BJP. His abilities can be a good asset in developing and strengthening the party in the state. BJP shouldn't waste his capabilities and talent, irrespective of his position at the party.
