Miss understood hunted persecuted hated and despised yet put his very life soul and existence on the line for those who threw rocks at him even tried to kill him a true hero one that even I look up to for inspiration, do what is right don't look for expectance for it will come when your good deeds are fulfilled in Pokemon he in my eyes is goated as the best Pokemon ever just by this story arc

Gotta say, Darkrai is quite the polarized Pokemon. It's been either good or very bad in Pokemon media. No inbetween.

There’s an old anime sci-if horror called Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust Where the theme sounds like Darkrai’s. A bit dark and menacing but sounds really beautiful and somewhat mysterious. I think you can look up the soundtrack for it but these two are both very good themes. You gotta love the anti-hero soundtracks. Badass and extra as they should be.

if you want darkrai officially there are 3.5 ways currently Get a bdsp save and play legends arceus to get the darksome nightmare quest orr... Play black and white and use the mystery gift trick same applies to platinum And you can get the mystery gift in bdsp now

The music is freaking perfect for Darkrai, what first sounds menacing and scary slowly turns into more of an shunned hero's theme the more you hear it, exactly what the town people and the protagonists see the mythical pokemon as throughout the movie!
