THe show is so boring and nothing like the games, If you have seen the City Hunter movie on Netflix it should have been like that but the director wanted to do his own thing and not look at the games.

I had some problems with this episode, but I did enjoy the season finale. I do like an understated season finale. But they do really do really on the next season to fully feel fofilllfulfilling. I think what they where trying to do was have the first half of the season build up to episode 4 and then have the fallout last for the last 4 episodes. Which works and doesn't work. It's nice seeing the different ways her death affected the blacks. And how Aegon's near murder affected the greens throughout the 4 episode. But we need more... like something big happening in episode 6. Vs the lack luster episode we got. The season is meanly trying to be a character season, plus building up the assets for the coming war. But we get little to no character for Deamon's youngest daughter who I call Dora the dragon explora. I'm trying to think how an extra two episode would help, if we still had the same ending that we did. I think if it would be better to restructure 5,6,7. But mainly 6 to have a second small moment to add to the fallout. But most people would like an extra two episode at the end of the season to have a big battle. But that a matter of preference. And if done well I would have enjoyed it. I haven't red Fire and Blood but know a few spoilers from it so I will be interested in how season 3 will go.

Rebecca was a good film. A strange thing in the 2000s was taht Rebecca, Spellbound, and Notorious with all similar DVD cover. So I group them all together in my head. Out of the three Spellbound is my favorite saw it as a kid and fell in love with it.

The kiss felt like it came out of nowhere. Because Milly Alcock came out with the ideal on set. The scene came off so weird because like this woman is talking about her history od physical and sexaul abuse and you decide to make out with her? For episode 7 I know we would get a cool scene with the dragons, because the dragons in the opening scene looked off. Eo I was like oh they must be saving the budget for something big

The whole "don't say Wendigo, it bring bad luck," or "it summons a wendigo" is a modern media belief about them, it's not a native thing. They only belief they had regarding them really, was that consuming human flesh would turn a person into a wendigo.

i'm a bit late. first timer on your podcast. Let me start with that i was IPOS fan and Wendigoon fan i still am. i found IPOS after binge watching every horror movie ever.. not really but during the pandemic me and my BF watched all the hellraisers (yes even the bad ones), all the halloweens, all the friday 13th, and so on. i stumbled on Zane when looking for more info on Pinhead. i Love long form videos ans esseis. i have seen some far left takes from Zane that made me do a double takes but nothing that jarring, when this video came out i was not home. there was a long weekend in Bulgaria (born and raised) and was a bit late to the party, watched the video about 6h after upload... as soon as Zane started talking about Mad Monster i unsubbed i couldn't take it any more. 3h later i was still watching and couldn't believe all the hate he was trowing on Wendi

I'm intentionally hunting down every video made about this fool beclowning himself in his attempt to cancel Wendigoon. When I find one, I put it on play and run it all the way through, ads and all, so those creators make money on it. I give it a "thumbs up" and comment in hopes of boosting the algorithm as well. Wendigoon says don't be mean to the guy. I don't consider contributing to the financial health of every KZbinr he lied about and all the friends who came to their defense "mean". So I figure I'm not going against his wishes with this method.

What I understand is that he had gotten really lucky, in that one of his first videos was picked up by RL Stine, and RL Stine tweeted the link to the videos. So he never had the slow build up of the channel, and after 2021 when people quit watching so many videos... it really upset him.

@TheAngryXenite4 ай бұрын
@cursedcancersurvivor I mean, the implication of "after 2021" is that the lockdowns ended and people no longer had the time to consume content literally all day.
@rcas38953 ай бұрын
@@1SpicyMeataball The videos got longer and longer, I like that kind of thing, but generally your audience is going to like the kind of videos they suscribed for, and those were 20 to 30 minutes breakdowns of horror movies (as an example of the opposite, Wendigoon became famous because of his long videos, and you will notice that the odd time he makes a short one, it has less views), He attributes his lost of views to the political tone of the Hill Have Eyes video, but if you notice, the people that talk about him, point that one as the odd bad video of him, but what really happens, is that after that one video his average runtime goes from 20 minutes to an hour and a half, and it only goes up as time goes on.

Paranoia agent is probably my fav anime I’ve watched a few times in different points of life when I first saw the show as a kid I kind of understood the story as most ppl, it’s super complicated mess of a story to understand. but it’s not. you have 2 detective that give you modern(therapy listening) and vintage(sweeping under the rug) perspectives of handling mental illness. Each character is dealing with dark but real life problems. Once you know nothing is supernatural ever.. it’s all real things happening we just see it through the eyes of the mentally ill. In early episodes the show goes out of its way to make it painful obvious this is the case like how we see Tsukiko gets attacked by lil slugger but then we find out what really happened was she hit herself with a pipe, or the kid(fox- fake lil slugger) is found dead in the jail we think it’s lil slugger but then we find out he was part of a suicide pact and what really happened is he killed himself in the jail. Later on in the show satoshi kon no longer felt the need to blatantly explain these moments which is why most ppl tend to think the show gets less cohesive in the second half of the show but same rules apply. Tsukiko admitting the truth at the end didn’t save Tokyo, it still got destroyed(this was a real natural disaster) admission of the truth made just lil slugger disappeared in ppls minds and they couldn’t use him to explain their delusions anymore. But the show cycles at the end bc that’s how humanity is… a new generation on ppl will have depression mental illness and they will go through similar experiences and realizations as they grow up it’s part of life and learning. I like the old man’s end of episode explaining what’s to come in future episodes in metaphorical ways. Each character looks or acts like an animal and the old man refers to them by their animal counter parts. Great show always noticing more with every watch wish more ppl liked the show to talk about it maybe get a live action version

I think you all missed a lot of little details throughout the film. I believe the reason why Noriko survived is because she was infected by something…maybe Godzilla’s cells hence the growing virus in her neck. They announced that they found pieces of Godzilla’s flesh everywhere. I believe it helped heal Noriko. We think the movie had a happy ending but I don’t think this is the case. Everyone in Godzilla’s vacinity will die slowly in the years to come due to radiation. Not sure what will happen to Noriko.
