I'm still alive bro. Just not riding anymore. I just generally didn't have time for KZbin with work. Not to mention I kinda fell out of love with making videos. And as far as motorcycles, I got into a pretty bad accident a few years ago and totaled my bike. Accident wasn't my fault, it was a hit and run. I'm fine but it was difficult to recover from it financially so I never ended up getting another bike. Now I live in NYC and as much as I would love to get another bike, this ain't the place to do it.

I75 is 70 mph not 75 and if you're going 89 in a 70 the cop was right because you just missed doing 20 over which is reckless driving. Slow the fuck down. Moral of the story, you want to speed, have the money for a lawyer so you don't get fucked over.

Just got a ticket for allegedly going “90” in a 70 on I-75 in Cooke county, GA. Well I had to return a rental by noon, had driven through the night from Tennessee, almost to Florida. I wasn’t familiar with the rental, you usually can sense your speed when you are used to your vehicle. In Tennessee, I’ve had zero police interaction. Anyway, He pulls me over and says he clocked me going 83 and 86, then put 90 on the citation. They are fucking thieves bro. He even wrote he clocked me at 86 at the bottom, so why input 90? Because they see out of state plate, think you won’t show up to court, and to pump their department with some nice Christmas bonuses. I fucking hate Georgia. Anyone who says be honest with the cops they’ll cut you a break, *#%< You! They will always target out of state plates as well.

Respectfully, the highest speed limit in Georgia is 70 MPH. Every traffic citation in Georgia has a court date. Super Speeder has been the law herr for several years. Easiest way to avoid a Super Speeder is not drive 85+ in a 70.

Damn. I moved to GA from FL for grad school and I can definitely say the cops LOVE pulling ppl over speeding..it's ridiculous how hungry these cops are out here to give ticket people for speeding as if they make commission from it. Crazy thing is I'm in the process of getting a bike and now I find this out 🙄.

Wow! Just happened to me last Sunday. Mine was in Cooke county. Thought it was awful fishy guy said I was doing exactly 85 when everyone else was zooming past me. Didn’t even ask for my registration or insurance and had a citation in like 4 minutes😂. Definitely getting a lawyer. What a crock of bs!

Meh, don't really agree, but it depends a lot on the bike and car too. I have a 2002 Honda 919 and that thing is pretty much bullet proof. Maintenance wise nothing but tires, oil changes, brake pads, and chain and sprocket replacement and chain cleaning/adjustment/lubrication, has needed to be done (and clutch cable lubrication if you count that). Valves could probably stand to be checked now that it's at 30k miles, but whenever people check them, they're pretty much always in spec, even at 50-70k+ miles. Beyond tires, oil, drivetrain/chain maintenance, and brake pads, there's really not a lot of regular cost in motorcycle maintenance unless you're unlucky. The initial purchase price of a decent used bike is also much lower than most cars. I'd trust a $3000-5000 used bike much more than a car in the same price range. Also, IMO, bikes are much easier to work on than cars.

I actually saved alot. On my car i would easily spend $550 a month on gas, $250 for insurance, plus $200 on maintenance minimum (bmw 335i). On the bike i spend $100 a month on gas, $30 on insurance, & $300 every 2 months on maintenance. So if you switch from a luxury sports car, the switch it highly beneficial 👌🏻

It does depend on where you live and work. I put 100 miles a day on my bike or car just going to and from work. I was hoping my bike would lower the fuel cost its takes but it ends up about the same. Bike tires don't last that long so i change them every year. I do my own oil changes and chain maintenance so that helps a lot. So for me at the moment it may be more expensive or about the same. 10yrs ago i use to work 15mins from home back then i would tell you its way cheaper owning and maintaining a motorcycle. I could fill up and it would last almost 10 days

75 mph or more on a two-lane road or at 85 mph and above on any road or highway is classified as a super speeder. the Department of Driver Services (DDS) is responsible for the administration and collection of the $200 Super Speeder fee. That's why it's a separate fine.

The super speeder law is a total scam. It went into law quite a few years ago with the extra money "supposedly" going to Grady hospital and other critical care hospitals in GA. I haven't done any research lately but my guess is very little of the money goes to critical care. I don't have that much faith in government. Anyhow if you are going in excess of 75 on a two lane or 85 on a highway that's when you get hit with it. Luckily I've never been hit but thousands have and it's a scam....100%.

A car can absolutely 100 percent can be cheaper imo... You can get a reliable car for 2k. it may be a beater but you slap liability on it change the oil every 5k with cheap walmart oil. The main cost of a bike is insurance, GEAR, tires wear faster.. just my imo. A cheap car will never get stolen. you dont justify a bike for a money saver you justify it for fun factor... its a fucking toy lets be honest here

Good video. Here's the real deal: I've been fighting the traffic system with success since 1989 throughout Georgia. When bad things happen, its always worth it to take action because more often than not I can find a way to keep it off your record. Yes, always. Trying to monkey around with yourself most often leads to unexpected poor results, and with lasting detrimental consequences. If you send in money to pay a traffic citation, it is recorded as a verdict of guilty that stays on your permanent record. If you plead guilty in the court, or are convicted at trial by the judge or jury, then it goes on your record. You can make more money down the road, but you can't wake up one morning and just change your driving record. The mistake I most often see on a daily basis is the person who waits until the end has come, and then decides to get mad about it and start calling attorneys looking for the magic solution, only to find it is too late. The magic solution has always been hard work. I'm here to tell you that I have been able to undo the concrete that has been set on occasion. But cleaning your mess that has been set in concrete is far more trouble and therefore costly than doing it right in the first place! But, in some instances it can be done. The Lesson: Protecting your valuable record will pay for itself again and again. In Georgia, look me up online and call.
