after downloading none of your file is working in AE 2024, i have VC E3d installed, after opening project only a white screen comes.

Hi looks like you didn't install the models or you install them in a wrong place. You could either see carefully the dedicated installation tutorial or enter the E3D plugin and select the missing red color model and apply the current destination folder.

Although this is not the right place for support, looks like it's a model installation issue. Try following the included video tutorial concerning model installation. Additionally after proper model installation enter E3D plugin UI and magically (I hope) everything will work!

How do you upgrade from 1080p to 4k? Mine appears a little blurry? Do I need to check the continual rasterization?

No rasterisation button is irrelevant! Unfortunately due to the fact that its a really GPU demanding template Its made for HD only. There might be a workflow to turn all scenes in 4K but there is no button for that :(

First you need to make sure you have E3D plugin. If not you need to purchase it from video copilot.net. After installing the E3D plugin follow the included video tutorial on ho to install the 3D models.

Hi, this is usually caused for two reasons. You either don't have the E3D plugin (this is the only way for real 3D in AE) or you did not install the include 3d models correctly, for this installation there is a dedicated video tutorial.

Hey Pixamins i have the premium builders for both book and 3D mockups the book mockups work fine, but the 3D builder has issues the phones tablets and desktop when selected don't display, the phone when selected comes out as a flat plane not as a 3D object i thought the issue was installation but i reinstalled again still had the same issue, i even have the latest Element 3D V2.2.3 is there a display render issue or does it not work with after effects 2020.
