Did you know the real Philippe seems to have loved her, for a while! He courted Henriette by dressing gorgeously and riding to visit her on his fashionably attired horse ! He got jealous and with good reason ! I have read he had a mistress and had at least one illegitimate child. I think he was bi for quite some time. Did you know Henriette pinched one of his lovers?!

Victoria Coronation looked very short i mean there were members of the public outside westminster abbey but not inside like there was on the Coronation of the late Quenn Elizabeth 2nd and the Coronation of king charles 3 and queen Camilla which we had on the 6th may 2023 last year.

One of my all time favorite Corrie couples too, I was so sad when this storyline came to an end. I think Tony was a good guy deep down inside and Carla and jealousy brought out the worst in him.

I 100% agree with you! I really do think Carla really brought out the worst in Tony where as with Maria, he was different with her he truly fell in love with Maria, Tony was a good guy and Maria could see how much of a good guy he was.

Tony and Maria really worked and the slow burn of them both just slowly falling for one another was beautiful this wasn’t meant to work presumably but it did! I don’t know how Samia and Gray did it, but they did because their chemistry just made Maria and Tony work not just as enemies but as lovers too.

There is no historical evidence of any intimate relationship between them! Margaret was married at 12 to Jasper’s brother Edmund, who died of plague while away when she was 6 months pregnant with his child- the future Henry VII. Jasper was married himself already and had a family. But he was a fine man and a loyal friend to her.
