The area around the taillights appears to be painted incorrectly; all the ones I've seen have the black and argent reversed.

The big bumper chok' blocks kill it.

Agreed. Lose those ridiculous bumper guards and it's a sick ride.
@georgewetzel4380 Жыл бұрын
@dannyb9140 The bumper guards are functional, and that's the way they are.

@@georgewetzel4380I understand that, I grew up in the 70's. Just my personal opinion.

I had a 72 Duster 340. I think 72 was the last year without the rubber blocks for Mopars. Not knocking that sweet ride of yours, just the bumpers from that era. Happy Thanksgiving to everyone.

@@KetchLambierAgreed, I'm one of those oddballs that prefers the 73-74 Challengers to the earlier ones. Love them all though.

How is the motor mounts on the 360? Was it a pain to mount? Did you have to do anything different from let’s say… mounting a 318?

@mmcss11555 жыл бұрын
The FC-170 had a 9 foot bed. Weird that a 8 foot piece of plywood fit perfectly.

10' X 4" plywood cut down to fit
@mmcss11555 жыл бұрын
This guy must be trying to convert metric to ASE. 9 foot bed? Bullshit. 9 Foot piece of plywood? Bullshit. Probably an 8 foot bed. Otherwise a beautiful truck. Most of these had a 6 foot bed but the plywood makes me thing 8 foot.
@TheMetalMender5 жыл бұрын
10' X 4' plywood w/ a foot cut off. Your opinion? Bullshit. None of the FC170 trucks came with a factory 6' bed. Ever. If the pickup style bed was ordered it was a 9ft length. The FC150, which is the half-ton model came with a factory 74" bed, if the pickup style bed was ordered.

@yahmutha6 жыл бұрын
Jimiel Joseph My 1962 FC-170 pickup sold for just under $3500 brand new. They could creep up to about $4000 or so if you got a dual rear wheel Stake body FC-170 or a chassis cab FC-170 with an aftermarket bed on the back.

a god dam weed eater has never been more annoying and in fact I think that was fucking planned, this fucking jeep probably knocks and no doubt is a doctored up rust bucket - the body panels anyway, watch where the jackass was weed eating(push mower area) right on que as the lying salesman started the engine, in the comments he says after confirming mileage they decided to keep it? BULLSHIT! they had no choice but to keep it becouse it wouldn't sell THE DAM THING IS FULL OF BONDO AND BARELY TOGETHER!

Wow! What an amazing find. 3k miles and the condition to back it up. I'd say you have the coolest shop truck on the planet. I just bought one from a salvage yard that needs a full restoration but is completely solid. I can't decide if I am doing a street or an off road approach. Either way, the FC is awesome.
