Hi, this video was taken in March. I have been to the Maldives in August and only had some scattered showers over a 4 day period with heavier rain throughout the night. When it shows rain on the weather forecast a lot of the time it can just be a few showers throughout the day - like tropical showers and then the sun comes back out. I hope you have the best trip in September with little rain and lots of sun 🙂

Hi, my villa was sunset facing and I think it was the best side for swimming. The resorts is so helpful and if you are booking I would ask them to confirm which is best for swimming and I am sure they will be super helpful in making sure you book the best swimming location. Have a great day, Vikki
