I have that exact one and i heard the heartbeat nice and fast like it usually is im 17 weeks but the screen is saying its only like 98 BPM which i know is wrong so frustrating i wish the screen would be accurate with the numbers especially since i can cleaarly hear it and sounds as it should

don't worry i have the same one as well and i just have to count the beats for 30 sec and times 2. a lil annoying but so nice to hear it :)

We got this cot in Smyths Toys, you can order online as well ;) For screws I would probably check hardware stores like B&Q, Homebase, The Range... bring one screw with you so you can find the exactly same one. Best of luck!
