Hope your first few weeks back on campus have been good. I've been back also. Very busy notetaking. I have also been in a few of the new buildings such as Clarice Pears and the new ASBS. Some days my schedule is back to back with no breaks. Very tiring! Your place is very cute! And I totally get the spider thing!!! Argh no!!!! Best of luck with this semester!

You know what I've been living on my own for 23 years.. I raised my nephew's full-time for a decade, went to school and work full time.. your room is about the size of my apartment just take your time and enjoy the process don't worry about how many days it takes you to vlog because it is a process whenever you move or redecorate or rearrange your furniture. It's life and there's only so many hours in a day.

hi!! i love watching your vlogs :) im from the US going to england for school in september so it's cool getting to see ur experience in glasgow! this isnt related to anything lol but what kind of sim card/esim company do you recommend for your phone? i'm trying to get one for myself but theres so many options and i usually only see ppl talk about what they recommend for short term travel use instead of for a whole school year.

hello!! I use sky mobile for my esim- it's actually so easy to use and i can just click on one button anytime i leave or enter either country. for me it's £15 for 30GB a month. I hope that helps!

I work at Glasgow University as a support worker. Hope you enjoyed your experience. I do not like Glasgow city center....its a mess these days. Worse than i have seen it in my 38 years of life in Scotland. But Byres road and the University are so nice for me. I am also a historian but i went to Stratchlyde Uni and graduated in 2007! Coffee House is where i hang out, read, write etc when i am between lectures for my students I support!

hello!! honeslty i think the workload isn't bad at all- instead of getting busy work (at least for history) we are assigned bigger assignments like essays that are graded. we get about two per semester, plus the final exam!!

I lived in murano, and it was alright- I thought it was very far from the university (about a 25 min walk to campus) and sometimes the wifi would bug out. My room, kitchen, and bathrooms were pretty good though! It was a very social environment- which I also find funny because most of the friends I made weren't from murano lol 😭There are def better accoms (probs for more money) but overall murano is the only accom I can tell you my full thoughts about. I hope that helps!!
