These morons probably kept those little turtles too. The ones they thought were big were not even that big. I would have let them go. I don't keep anything smaller than a 5 gallon bucket diameter.

you know the funny thing is if you take like a bunch of Nets and stuff and go up and down these Rivers you can probably catch enough that you can turn these fish into cat food

What makes them jump like that? The fish don’t appear to be jumping in the background, only when the boat is near. I saw a different video like this on “World’s Dumbest “…it was hilarious.

If this is specifically a professional hi stakes turkey shoot, then disregard everything below. If it is a typical local community run-of-the mill turkey shoot contest for everyone, then my thoughts........ This is stupid in my opinion. Turkey shoot participants should enter only with a gun made by a gun manufacturer from any time period in history and for sure no custom machined barrels. No scopes as that looks stupid on a shotgun as shotguns lack accuracy. Like putting a scope on a daisy bb gun. Also, as it's a fairly close target and is being shot at with a shotgun. If you can't hit the already fairly close target good with your shot gun using the factory BB sights just go home. No bipods or steadying racks. Shotguns are normally free handed free standing fired guns and not sandbagged/steadied/propped up rifles. we are not shooting at big game a 100+ yards out. Our turkey shoots in south Texas are freehanded, freestanding with no scopes, shot with any manufactured gun ever made by a gun company - no limit to bore or barrel size so long as it wasn't from a machine shop. No custom ammo with extra shot. Just typical shotguns you normally hunt birds with using typical ammo. Let the one with the best combination of skill, the gun, and the luck win. Only flaw with this would be if someone showed up with a 4 or 8 gauge. But that would be neat to watch for a few wins. A rule of three wins and your done would probably have to applied for something like this to keep the contest going. It's way more fun an exciting to watch a tournament that practices these rules. If we practiced letting all this other stuff take place in our contests, we would lose a lot of participants quick because it would discourage and or chase off all the regular folks just wanting to have a good time. Which is the majority of the participants at most contests around here. Now if all of this is in a custom gun (anything goes) division tournament, or round then fine. I apologize for the long post.

Nothing wrong with the guys using specialized guns. In a way that's how we get new ideas in the sport. To make it fair they could have different classes. Modified and unmodified would solve the problem. I say do anything they can to keep the sport alive. Thank you for your interest in the sport.

Everyone laughs but these invasive fish are destroying and pushing out indignious fish in US rivers, which isn’t funny, and making boating impossible if you don’t like huge fish jumping in your boat and hitting you. Sorry nothing funny here from what I can see!!!

Thank you for this footage! We are living in a suburb of Edmonton Alberta, and we watch for the sand hill cranes migrate over our area every spring and fall, and have done so for 30 or 40 years. They appear to use a park behind our house as a navigational point often appear in great numbers, so high in the sky one can hear them before seeing them. One year in the past ten, at least three years ago, I saw a lower flying flock of Sandhills soaring above us, riding the thermals, which they do to wait for others to catch up and there was a white crane among them. It could well have been this very flock considering that this is probably a rare occurrence and a rare enough species in itself, a whooping Crane.
