Insane!!! Very interesting way to make ice cream. I made it Dr. Kiltz's way but added allulose and a few mushed strawberries and froze it in 4oz Mason jars, not using an ice cream maker.

He was a stray cat and we tried to keep him indoor after neutered, but he didn't like it. 😄 He loves indoor and outdoor life.

U picked up select the cheapest. red lable gave it away next is choise n then prime. All those loins wont really be tender . You ask why ? Because each loin goes in a tenderizer hundreds of long needles on a conveyor belt go through the line and then the stakes are cut up. When u know u know.

Looks good, but with that browning at that thickness, I'd say they are well done. Get at least a 1¼ in thick steak. That's a more forgiving thickness. Don't forget to rest.
