Hi Lee we loved this a favourite of ours. Daves daughter works here in the nursery. We are old enough to remember Geoff Hamilton building some of the gardens on TV. We always laugh at the hidden pond at 2:00 that you have to be aware of. A good place for Mrs O to hide from you did she buy anything good? Hi Lee and Mrs O sorry to hear you have been ill but good to see you back out and about. We loved this Belvoir is just down the road from us and a favourite of ours to visit especially for a walk in the gardens. We are members of Historic Houses which is just £108 per year for 2 and includes Belvoir as well as loads of other great places its worth checking out. We always think of Little Lord Fauntleroy when we visit here. The conversation chair was a good idea 😆. The Castle is really impressive isn't it. The brass band sounded fantastic. Dave does parkrun here and the winter course goes through the grounds around the castle to the lake and back, he says its a really tough one. Love the Beaver tale 🤣. The walks here are fantastic there are some interesting buildings/follies to discover along the top as well. A great video thank you for sharing a big 👍from us. Hi Lee, I came across your utube while looking at information on St.Cyr`s Church and the restoration of the canal. It was a wonderful trip down memory lane , so many, many thanks. I am in my mid seventies, having lived in New Zealand since 1976. From the age of 9, I lived in Stonehouse, and my greatest joy was riding my bike down to the canal, along the tow path, and even past the sewerage ponds. The woods were full of bluebells in the spring, and blackberries in late summer. It was a special place for me, and still evokes wonderful memories. So thank you once again. I trust you continue to enjoy and share what treasures England has to share.

It looks amazing and me and my partner are looking at getting one. One thing im scared of is parking up somewhere when its not in use to for a walk and some scumbag taking it off and stealing it. Probably a low chance of it happening but is possible. Wonder if theres anything to do to prevent it
