Have you been able to do any reading this year? & yes I think I’m a mood reader after years of denying it 😂 & the self help books are good reads. The author who wrote the chronic pain books has a KZbin channel maybe a good and FREE place to start for resources

@@PurposefulPursuits To me they're pretty much the same. I'm sure there's some technical differences, but I just see them as something similar. And the cool thing is whatever you're into book wise, there's a manga genre that fits. If that makes any sense.😁

I just have to tell you that there is a lot of studies showing that all fragrances like air fresheners are toxic especially to your hormone receptors. The best thing to use is organic oils. Sorry, I just wanted you to know the truth.

I understand Chronic Pain, having lived it myself for many years. This is something that has been a game changer for me and healing in many areas. I was skeptical at first, but having watched his videos and tried...I was amazed. Please go watch some of Dr. Ken Berry Carnivore Videos...and pray for guidance from The LORD...this may be life changing for you too as it has been for thousands of people. If you decide to try Carnivore, it can be very challenging for the first few days or even a week or two, I even felt like I was getting worse, but after detoxing from Carbs everything changed. You can find many videos of people who have tried this lifestyle who have been healed from so many different things, as well as Doctors who have videos about how healing it is. Prayers for you. :)

I'm currently going through the b.fresh body serum in the exfoliating version and I've been really enjoying it...I'll have to try the firming one as soon as I run out. It seems like you could use the planner as a planner and journal which is exactly what I've been looking for. I think I'll give it a go! 🙂
