Thanks a lot for the much needed tutorial. I tried it out it came out well But i used it on the cake and kept it in fridge..the next day it was not stiff ..what did i do wrong..how can i correct this ??

@@sonasamazingkitchen6121 a lot of factors matter . 1 is if you are placing it as a lying down pc! 2 if you are refrigerating it for long ! 3 placing it too early where it gets a lot of time to grab the moisture from the whipped cream

hello, you said about beating the mixture too much will remove the air that's true if you're making cake from scratch but if you're using an emulsifier based cake or a cake mix, it is really important to beat it with a whisk for a long time because the emulsifiers trap the air in and it results in a velvety and super fluffy cake. I would advise you to beat up the liquid ingredients as much as you can to incorporate more air.
