My grandparent had chickens and the eggs were the best. I was allowed to feed them and collect the eggs in a basket from quite an early age - lovely memories

I would think you could use rice flour. Maybe try it to see if you can that would be great if it works :D

Not very long I would say 10 minutes. 5 min each side on med heat.
