It is a liquid . A very viscous liquid but liquid still ..like pitch ..it's technically liquid and to prove it they hung up a funnel and it took like 36 years to drip 😂

This patent does not state that driving data from customers’ vehicles would be shared with law enforcement, which is what some media have incorrectly reported.
