The machine itself is very powerful, fast and accurate (like any Mazak) Smooth is still great (more if u put a usb-keyboard on), but the ATC is a bad joke :/ I don't understand what may be the benefits from this crazy layout, sometimes u become grey hair waiting for the nxt tool, and if something goes wrong while the atc is running, u need a doctor or a miracle to fix it. What was wrong with the system from the i-series? It is fast, reliable and u can fix the rare errors blindfolded in seconds.

Good european solution is also slant bed machine from FAT HACO. They have precise lathes on high level.

w systemie mazak 640 t jak ustawić narzędzia, żeby zmieniały się bez odjazdu do punktu wymiany narzędzia, chciałbym żeby, głowica obracała się blisko detalu, bez odjeżdżania

ikke alt det avanceret pis vi vil have det grundlæggende først .. velkommen til marstercam /edgecam vi lægger ud med 5 axset optirough for fanden da der er så mange mazak maskiner i verden .. men intet overhovedet om hvordan man kører eia iso på en mazak ja det sikkert simplet ...har søgt og ingen video eller noget kun mazatrol
