39 here, these games are in me loins from 30 years ago. Co-op had it real good back in those simple days. Gaming had more exclusivity to it and sharing stuff was more common, So when i got to lend this one. It was played to death by me and mah bud, We nailed mania. it was immense. It's funny how funky jams like this always stick with you and it still makes you smile. Or even sometimes shed a tear because you miss that 1st buzz. Looking at how gaming is now, it's perhaps a bit too commonplace. There isn't that same feel to it all. Don't get me wrong, i'm a gamer and old habits die hard. It's amazing how things have progressed. But there hasn't really been a big moment in gaming in a long time, plenty of upscaling of old ideas, but nothing revolutionary. New stuff in those ages back when streets of rage was big stuff had a unique feel to it because there wasn't a guarantee of being able to play something for a while. It's a wierd feeling really. Now, it is being spoilt for choice, the mind boggles for what to really do, even with nigh on infinite choices at fingertips. What can be even said about that? It really does make you think and it whoops your ass thinking about it. hah. God bless the simplicity of the MegaDrive/Genesis.

I remember loving this theme as a kid, then Bone used it, and no one knew what the hell I was talking about 😂. I was so pissed. I'm glad it's getting some love today.
