One more update in FIFA 23 and they still haven't fixed the objective bug that doesn't complete. I can't complete the track objective with two rods, to nail the other grass cut.

Refer to the description yea, L2/LT, follow by left analog push back, then shoot

Any formation will do, just need to follow my step to back pass and shoot, I using 4-1-2-1-2 (2), CAM setting as stay forward

Are you ever wonder why you couldn't complete this objective forever, just watch this video and repeat the step then you're all done. First you need to have one player running toward the goal, then press L2/LT + Left analog push behind, pass to player behind you and just hope the ball go in. When you done properly the commentary will say it was a back heel pass, if they didn't mention mean you did not do it properly and need to try again! Hope that help!

In my video you can see me show you how to score bicycle kick to complete the objective of FIFA 22 Stadium Development 3, simply use L1/LB + cross button then use L2/LT + shoot button, directional must point to right side no matter which position your striker at, any directional not pointing to straight right side will make your striker perform scissor kick instead of bicycle kick.
