Creativity is going along with peace of mind. Nudging is making cognitive rrsonance which creates anxiaty. Plus, the corporations, who promote the nudges get out iresponsible for what they nudged for. This is a filthy game. Shamefull conduct.

What a brilliant human being who deeply cares about what he does and a glimpse of his assetiveness came out while he was talking stern to the dean, I assume. Here are my notes PeopleScience > RocketScience 1. GRIT ~ f ( resilience, persistence, follow through, staying the course, hardship, misfortune, powerful motivation) . Not giving up. Taking it o the chin and move on. GRIT can compensate for lack of IQ. GRIT >>> Talent. 2. Patience - measure of life at 90 not 27. Travel to Bhutan, mountain top..spend 6 months in a temple drinking tea with the monks..that's when you'll learn what time is. 3. Life long learning - what's this hurry about. Donnelsur- read widely, be curious about ebrythung..become the best citizen possible. Spend your stud et loan on experiences and travel. Get out and see the world. 4. Confident Humility - You need to believe in yourself but also understand when you're wrong or facts change. Love with themselves and their thinking and views. Very bad. Mistake.machines - Prompts people of their psychological state and historical mistakes before they go on to do a risky trade. Organisations: a company should be more than what human can achieve. Bureaucracy vs Humanocracy 1. Silo busting. ..divides things. Walss, fences and boundaries but they hamper 2. Bureaucracy - Strategy is at top and done by specialist Innovation teams. In humanocracy it's bottom up and done by an all across the org teams. 3. In Bureaucracy, Control from oversight and rules. Humanocracy .. transparency and peers. Thoughts on Leadership. - set the environment for people to thrive. Stay out of the way. Communicate. Communicate with enthusiasm Communication, Feedback, Credit = improves internal motivation One last thing: Humor: solve creativity puzzles...start with humor. I don't care about the very young journalists, in Norway and Europe - such as Vilde Skorpen Wikan, who must be a little under 30? I know that Aftenposten is aware of me, but that I am not aware of - what they know about me. Explanation; is that I live in a place that is very popular, apart from that I have been very active - for many years, with good projects - in old Yugoslavia - and yes a bit around Europe - I will probably make that public. What worries me is, these young characters, who rumble forth from desks, from academically fine educations, and create some kind of trend about "humanity" that the rest of us should dance to? The articles from the aforementioned journalist are enormous - she covers Afghanistan - and pretty much everything that is what we call terrorism. It is repulsive to me that young experts sit and dictate our feelings, in order to take sides? I think it's intrusive and very offensive, as people probably thought of me that I'm an "old" lady - yes, 57. But I'm not stupid, ignorant and feel we have a trend of young aggressive types, who take positions - because, they are young. Stop age fascism! We are not stupid elderly aunts! we have experience - as for Aftenposten - they have photographed my son and have the pictures in the archive. He was a minor. Greetings from the happy cleaning ♥️😇👉🎓

Boligmarkedet vil knekke i nær framtid. Spørsmålet om tid er vanskelig, kommer veldig opp til hva norgesbanken gjøre videre, og eventuelt hva som skjer i de andre landene (hovedsakelig USA og Kina). Knekker Kina eller USA, så knaller nokk Norge.

I enjoyed the speech, except the last part of giving feedback to Øystein , there are of course many things can be improved about NHH but the way Nicolai said it seemed a bit aggressive
