Both cross slash and skyward thrust have high motion values and thus favor raw more. Shagaru is weak to Dragon, Fire, and Poison. Flaming Espinas weapons deal both fire and poison. Dragon works well too, especially Primordial Malzeno lance with Dragonheart, Dragon conversion and Resuscitate.

@@Dagothur_88 Oh you cannot adjust the turn speed of your character, you just have to get used to it.

@@PlayMaker_AsaeMon- do you wait a little between your evade and attack or you just attack emediatly after your evade?

@@Dagothur_88 You can attack right away after evade, just be mindful if there's an upcoming monster attacks.

Thank you <3 It's amazing for elemental builds and against monsters that are weak to dragon, has plenty of slots for more build options. but valstrax is still better when it comes to raw damage.

Thanks! The teo lance doesn't have natural purple and zero slots, I don't think it's good, the seething bazel would probably be even better.

It's not that difficult, you want the first magnamalo to deal damage to it. just try to keep them close they often cancel each other's move.

@@PlayMaker_AsaeMon- You're welcome! I played lance for a while back in Iceborne, and I remember being able to block almost everything with Guard Up. Do you know if it's possible to block Risen Valstrax's comet attack?

No, but what you can do is dodge it using the switch swap evade, anchor rage the blast puddles then swap scroll>evade

yeah except against rajang beam even with insta-block it has chip damage that takes half your health for some reason, whereas valstrax does not.
