I'm trying to get better about putting 'me' in my FB posts, which is where my customers hang out - Every time I do, I do get more engagement, so I know it's the right path. I sell a commodity (plants), but I also know my customers like buying from 'me', rather than the big box stores or the big impersonal garden centers - personal branding is what sets me apart from the big guys!
