Buying a house nowdays is a nightmare. Real estate agents are the biggest scammers I have seen in my life. They want you to enter a 1 year contract with them just to LOOK at a property.... My god, there is no way to even buy a house anymore.... Absolute parasites.

You know we don’t control the prices, right? I don’t know what real estate agents you deal with, but this one allows buyers and sellers out of a contract at any time with zero fees to them. So, I will take your comment as you must know a lot of parasites, because you are not talking to one here.

Hi Alisia, I currently moved to a new State I have real estate experience but I am running into the realization that moving to a new state and not knowing anyone not even family is tougher than my initial real estate start up on my home town where I had some sphere of influence I was able to reach out to, here I do not know any one. do you have any recommendations of what to do to get some business moving quickly as I am also the bread winner and recently decided to go full time on real estate. thanks

Hi, yes, I might have to make a video on this because you can tackle this from multiple fronts. 1 being get involved and do things you are interested in. If you’re someone who can build trust fast, relationships can develop in the matter of weeks. 2 make videos or content around places and people in the area targeted at people moving to the area. What state are you in?

I don’t understand how buyer representation is actually benefit buyer? It’s not! Buyer representative won’t ever truly negotiate with full effort to lower the property price since buyer representative works for percentage form the full price. The higher the price of the property more you make as buyer representative on percentage from the property price. No benefits to buyer from that standpoint.
