You can summon a sparrow in midair. When you run out of boost, jump off, fall a little bit, catch your fall with your jump, then bring ghost out and summon new sparrow, keep grinding. You can clear the whole thing without touching the floor

You dont even really need to jump in the air first. Just jump off, summon, and start grinding again. As long as you are alternating falling and grinding until you run out of energy, you can reach the bottom pyramid (where the hidden chest is) in 3 skimmers (iirc)
