@notasheep12 thanks! Our old house was 32x28 with a 6ft porch on 3 sides and 10ft porch off the back.

Thank you! We typically process 6 or 8 deer a year and as many pigs as we need to keep sausage and whatnot in the freezer. Alot of work but it's worth it. Plus it's so expensive these days to get it done and the final product isn't as good as going it yourself.

I've had gar patties cooked by someone else years ago that were great. Fish was pressure cooked and then mixed with breadcrumbs ect and fried. We have cooked it battered and fried and it did not turn out so good.

Gafftopsail catfish. Unlike the hardhead cats, they're edible and can get really big. 😊
