If you have planted a tulip on the field and it says to lower the water level, do you also get the points again and are those the points of the before or after placement? Same question with the helpers action

Great game! I have played a few turns with my sister, but because of the time, we had to stop. On the video of the setup you first say the markers have to be put on the lowest value, so 1 for the wheel and 0 for the flood. But then during the setup you change the flood marker from 7 to 8 !!!😮

Well, I finally got the game for Xmas! I'm on #3! Came to watch you play it before I start. I kept goofing up #2 because I kept forgetting I needed a specific number Keystone animals, I was so busy trying to get the adjectives completed!

Finally soneone that is nice (not condescending/contemptuous) giving us a fantastic 'How to play'. I have unsubbed Dice Tower for obvious reasons. I have played games for over 45 years and could have my own channel but I have no time. You did a FUN and excellent presentation - subscribed - thank you. Happy Holidays!

Thank you for this video it really helped us learned. One friendly comment though - it seems that there are actually three (3) rounds not 2. After the first set of assistants (2 player game) the location goes face down and then you add 2 more assistants and then the last location card, now face up. Hope this helps you enjoy the game a little longer.

Anyone who's played Gary Grigsbys war in the east 1 or, Crusader Kings 2 (not 3) Hearts of Iron 3 or 4 with all expansions, Europa Universalis IV. Victoria 2 (not 3) and on and on will find this game extremely easy to pick up (which is a good thing). BGG 'weight' ratings are based essentially on how many rules there are.. As no human can ever book keep as well as a computer it's a given the computer games have the ability to be much *much* harder. All these are a cakewalk to pick up.

I've never actually thought about this, but you are correct - some things are more fun to punch out than others. You're the first reviewer I've seen to comment on the quality of the unboxing experience. It would be interesting to know how many designers plan for the unboxing the way chefs plan the presentation of food.

Thanks for the video. There is only one small thing about the assembly of the windmill. You need to anchor the small wheel on the right side in a way that any bolt between the gear-tooths matches the red gear-tooth on the large wheel. Check the pictures in the rulebook :)

Nice clear voice, great job! The floodgate/water level phase seems tricky to teach, but I think you nailed it. The Market action is also tricky and I think you nailed that as well. My only two criticisms: 1 - most of the audio/video cuts have audible overlapping fades or sudden drops in volume. I'm not sure what you are editing with but I would recommend Camtasia. But your cuts were good otherwise, thank you for all that editing, it moved the video right along. 2 - thank you for putting chapters so we can zip to what we need. I wished you had put more, one for each part of the teach; floodgate, market, etc - check out Nithrania's videos, it makes it easy to use this video as a default teaching tool when the chapters are more thorough. Anyway, thank you for all your time on this, it will really help my wife and I get up and running! Bravo! subscribing for sure

Just ordered this 1 off Zatu. I do like nature themed games such as Meadow and Keystone. I heard that the game can be somewhat unforgiving if your cards aren't coming out. But then again, I found Ark Nova to be the same in that respect. How do you like the game overall?
