These look like very nice scales, even better than the Longacre turn plates. I search for more information about them on the Intercomp website but the scales are apparently not yet on the site. Where can we get more information on them, including price?

What do you do when the unit stops responding and only “Intercomp PT20 CPU” is displayed on the screen? I followed the manual and pressed Reset, and it restarts, but stays on this screen.

Hi, I have the earlier version with a little toggle on/off switch and a little rotary knob to zero the reading, thing is the numbers are always going up and down so it will never sit a 0.00, it always cycles from like maybe 3.9 to minus 2.6 and will never be stable with no load on the pad/pressure cell thing. Is that normal? And on the travel slider measure caliper thingy LCD , how do you turn it on and off?? it only has '0' which sets the numbers to 0.00 and another little button to swap between metric and imperial. Do you have to keep taking the battery out to switch it off and then put the battery in to switch it on?? Cheers !!

Just an FYI, at 3:41 there is an error - my experiences are you should always zero the load cell at BDC. He should have hit the "Run BDC" button, let it cycle, and then zero the load cell.
