Wow, that's exactly where I am - I don't want to eat garbage so I'm just not eating very much. It is weird you brought that up. Guess I'm supposed to hear this. Thank you, you made some good points. This is a good video.

I fully agree with your ideas here. I think the ego is leading most of humanity - unfortunately there’s nothing we can do to effect every single person - but speaking your mind like this is a fantastic start - even if it just gets 1 human being to start asking the right questions!

Thanks a whole bunch, also the salt baths sounds awesome too - with chiropractic to boot. As a Norwegian, I don't know what we got so I gotta research a lot. As for my name, Matt, Matthew (both translations of my name), so go for whatever feels natural man. I'm in a better head space since 2012 when I returned home, sure some stuff along the line... lost a pal in 2014, but that was sadly his choice (no substances involved). And you answered all my questions.

Hello there good sir, may I ask how painkiller addiction is viewed as a whole? I've been approached with it different from person to person... so would like some insight from more too. Taken some since December 2012 until 2017-2018... then went cold turkey on em'. (Reason to start on them, was my experiences in the army, serving overseas.) ... had to stop them due to weight gain and my organs. Sorry for the babble, but I'd love to know what you think.

Hey brother, I’m missing some context, are you looking for advice on pain management? Or my opinion on Painkiller addiction? Personally I would say you dodged a bullet getting off of those things man, I can only imagine it is not easy for you. I have a friend who similarly got addicted, ended up using Heroin as a cheaper alternative. He got clean for quite a while but we lost him to an overdose a couple years back. I personally have never used opioids, in fact it is something I have intentionally avoided my whole life due to my worry of addiction. Let me know if there is something more specific you are looking for. Interestingly enough, our bodies have a cannabinoid system built in for pain management, and this can be accessed using breathing methods like Wim Hof method etc.

@@CUNNINGHAMMMER your view on painkillers and the risk of addiction to them was what I looked for, good sir. (Due to going cold turkey, I managed to get some withdrawal symptoms) I took co-codamol and other versions with codeine in em', the reason was nerve injuries, two bullet entries and quite a handful of physical trauma by some captures (I was a captive alongside another officer). At least I hope that covers the context. Thanks for the advice about breathing techniques, if I read it right. Rest in peace: May your friend be remembered for who he was to the ones in his life, for that is what we can do in turn... while living.

This is so interesting and honest - I'm still watching, but seeing how open you are - This feels very natural to me. It's neat that we're both having this "pull" towards sharing and discussing content of this nature - There's definitely a shift going on. You've got a really good head on your shoulders and I can't wait to hear more from you!

Thanks for the nudge brother, I feel lighter after recording this, oddly enough, and its sparking a lot of little avenues for conversation to go, in my head at least haha.

PS: The camera cut out in the middle of Hooch, so yah we screwed up a good bit, but we didn't forget part of the song, it was the camera haha. I should have put some absurd picture in between the parts to make it more apparent.
