After about 19:20 the elder Moss stated "There are 5 (or perhaps 10) natural compounds that destroy cancer stem cells." Ummm... don't skip over this, we need that list of compounds mentioned here... thank you!!

This said, if you still want to cook your broccoli without damaging the needed enzyme, (I personally am not a fan of the raw florets), you can practice the “hack and hold” (thank you, Dr. Greger!) method. Here’s the short story - myrosinase is heat sensitive, and both glucoraphanin and sulforaphane are not. If you cut your broccoli and allow it to sit for 40 minutes, this give the myrosinase and glucoraphanin enough time to activate sulforaphane. As mentioned, sulforaphane is heat resistant, and once activated, you can then cook and the health benefits stay in tact.

Yah… you should have upped your dose to 10,000iu of Vitamin D plus vitamin K. Even with these doses, it takes 6 months to a year to boost vitamin D levels, especially if you are floating at 27ng/ml. 2,000iu would take you years to substantially increase vitamin D levels…. And if you do over do it… all you get is tummy aches. And anyone with cancer should be taking max dosages of all antioxidants including astaxanthin and ***cannabinoids***.

I cured my mom’s cancer when all meds failed. Did my research on herbs and her dr. approved for me to treat her (only given 3 months to live) I started her on my regimen of Turmeric Curcumin, Apricot Seed B-17, Milk Thistle, and Apple Cider Vinegar pills. Within 2 weeks all her tumors were gone!! Her last pet scan showed zero cancer in her body, not a trace! Dr was dumbfounded by the results. He couldn’t believe it. She went from the worst possible scan showing spread & aggression to nothing at all in 4 weeks!! I’ve been telling this to all my friends, family, and customers battling cancer and they’ve been taking my regimen and are all now cured from different cancers and stages. It works!

The problem is getting access to that kind of olive oil, fresh and pure. Most olive oils sold in your local supermarket are probably not even olive oil as food forgery is rampant in highly sought after foods.

The only fault here is with the older Moss's personal vitamin D Supplementation. He's afraid of a toxicity which doesn't occur at the level he has been taken. It will take him at least a year to get his blood level right with his approach! What he should do is take 5000 IU for 3 months, and then test. If he's below 50 ng/ml, he should increase the supplementation with 1000 IU for each 5 ng/ml he's below 50. If he is lower than 100 ng/ml, he can keep it there, or reduce the supplementation, depending on what level he wants. The research tells us that the mortality is at it's lowest level from 50 ng/ml up to 70 ng/ml. But it says nothing about above those levels. No research has been made showing what happens with mortality at higher levels! But we might consider higher levels than 100 ng/ml medical treatment. Our ancestral levels, when we were out in the sun showing some skin, seems to have been 40 -- 60 ng/ml. There's no risk of toxicity below 100 ng /ml (or even higher, but why go higher than that?) Without genetic abnormalities you won't get toxicity at doses up to 30000 IU. The only toxicity is too high blood calcium levels. And the risk for that is reduced with vitamin K2. Magnesium deficency can prevent you from getting the the blood level of vitamin D up to good levels. The reason we should measure our blood levels is that a few percentage of us are very sensitive, or very insensitive to vitamin D. Most people can take 6000 -- 8000 IU without testing, but you might be one of those outliers, who shouldn't do that! It takes about 3 months to reach a stable blood level after changing the dose of vitamin D. Starting off with a higher dose might shorten that time, but that's hardly necessary. Vitamin D should be taken almost daily. Large doses less frequently is not as beneficial. And it should be D3, not the D2 some doctors prescribe. All over the counter supplements have D3, not D2, so they are better than what the doctor might want to give you!

2000 IU of vitamin D isn't enough to raise the blood level to 50 ng /ml, which is the level from whuch mortality get reduced to it's lowest level. If they had given normal weight individuals 5000 IU and overweight ones 10000 IU they would have found that elusive effect, I guess. I guess that the mortality reduction with vitamin D partly is caused by a reduction of cancer, and partly by a reduction in inflammation. A 24% reduction in cancer in normal weight persons already with 2000 IU means that they could have got a 50% reduction or more with an optimal dose. What a waste of research efforts! That's if they wanted to show results. We know that the pharmaceutical complex doesn’t like cheap, effective solutions, such as vitamin D.
