There is certainly a time a place for everything. Demure in some cases meant to take a dab at some one in a so - called sensitive way . Things have changed so much from blue, black and gray suits were the dress code for job interviews, and cooperate America. The color of the clothes doesn’t bother me as much as unkempt hair . Unkempt for me doesn’t mean hair that isn’t chemically straightened, but not the rolled out of bed look 😂. Dress better than the zoo keeper for sure . The interviewer was giving her a huge hint . It also shows she isn’t coachable. I’ve never worked a job , but I believe in following rules . You’re still young enough to wake young people up . Great video !

Absolutely! Even outside the workplace, there is decorum. Being able to exhibit our unique cultures and personalities while navigating the unspoken standards is paramount. Even if you don't have the most resources, people can tell when you've made the best effort you can. Coachability is a key attribute for growth. (The fact that she took things better from the internet aunties definitely said a lot). Thanks for watching, friend!

Is the surgery scary? Can you do this while on your period?
@MacktheMaverick11 күн бұрын
Hi! These are great questions. I was a little afraid, as it was my first time having major surgery and my second time being put under. My family and team did an excellent job of setting me at ease. Once the anesthesia starts working, you won't be scared. Lol. I remember being rolled into the hall and waking up in recovery. Nothing in between. Yes, you can have it on your period.
@jeweljohn200111 күн бұрын
Thank you. Did you stomach better smaller once it was removed? I have 18 cm and belly is big .How many days off from work did you need to fully recover ?
@MacktheMaverick9 күн бұрын
Yes, my stomach did shrink some. I had a 16 week uterus going into my surgery and ended up losing 16 pounds the first two weeks. As far as work is concerned, because I freelance, I wasn't really on a set timer to come back. That said, you have to consider the type of work you do and the environment you work in. The general recovery window for this surgery is 6-8 weeks (no heavy lifting or strenuous exercise before 6 weeks). I would say I was mentally prepared around week 2 or 3, BUT I was still battling fatigue, gas, and shortness of breath. Also, I didn't drive for those first couple weeks. (If you're interested, I documented recovery here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/gmTThnx_mb6SpM0si=CB_dt4BIwlnfr6MK)

Thanks for this review. I ordered the Black Vanilla Shampoo and Conditioner today. I used CD products in my natural hair years ago, before Carol Price sold the company to L'Oréal. I heard product(s)changed, and people started complaining they werent the same. Your hair looks beautiful. I'm simply looking for my natural hair to get clean and stay healthy.

Your skin looks so nice and dewey. When you rinsed it off so quick you made me laugh the way you did it. I know you were being serious . It was probably the quick editing . When you get my age, you will pat your face because of the lack of elasticity as we age. hehehe... Be gentle mama. I am getting older, Lawd help me. I actually typed it . 😩 The serum looks like a winner for sure . I love your honesty about lux skin care. Some like Tatcha was a hard decision I made, but it works pretty well. I went back and grabbed the Clinque moisture surge because I am dryer than a lizard .Be gentle and wipe up and not down . I've never tried them before. Since you have I will , because I think you said your skin is sensitive too. Love you bunches !!

I appreciate your review. I came looking for a review as soon as I watched it. The movie reminded me of a Tubi film. I was confused with certain scenes and they absolutely didn’t explain some of the statements/actions that were made on the movie. Overall it was definitely something to watch. And while some parts were predictable other parts were unpredictable. Very interesting to say the least.

Great video! I’m in my 40s without children. I was diagnosed in 2021. At that time, my biggest fibroid was 5 cm. I was told to let be. Symptoms got worse last yr, which included heavy, gushing blood flow with huge blood clots (around 3 inches), days of alternating In diarrhea and constipation. I was told by 3 gyno to get hysterectomy. Since I still have hopes of having a baby, i didn’t want that… In Sept 2023, I had another ultrasound. My biggest fibroids had grown to 9 cm. I changed gyno at beginning of this yr. I’m now 4 weeks post robotic myomectomy. My gyno took out 3 fibroids with biggest one being 10 cm. I also had scar tissue on my bladder & colon. Hence the GI issues. I viewed many videos & started following @wecanwearehite on instagram as well as @fibroidfoundation. Not many discuss how expensive it is! Nor the pain of the gas leaving one’s body post surgery. The meds managed my stomach pain but there are no meds for the pain felt of the gas leaving your body. I felt the pain on my chest, shoulders, neck and back. By gas I mean the gas they pump into you to blow you up to perform the surgery. Good luck everyone on their journey. It took years but I’m happy I did it. ❤

This was a very thorough review; here is my feedback: - I absolutely loved your explanation and background of the specific "sciencey" ingredients and what they do. I feel like most reviewers do not touch on the science of how the ingredients work (I always end up researching it on my own). So thanks for that. - The length and quality of your video is perfect. I love longer more detailed oriented videos and watched its entirety. I also appreciate the timestamps, which are very very valuable, not just for jumping ahead but revisiting information. - Your personality and video presentation style is quite professional and brainy. Totally gives Professor Mack vibes lol I could see you giving lectures in an academic setting for sure. - I appreciate your honestly and hope your channel grows! I also hope you were compensated appropriately because I just know this was a lot of work to film. I'd suggest dropping a way to donate for the purposes of your efforts in making quality videos for this channel. My verdict: 8.5/10 I definitely gave this video a like and will be purchasing the masque and possibly the leave in conditioner/ the rinse-out conditioner in the near future based on your review. I have chemically straightened hair that is approaching midback length and it could use some extra help on the ends due to damage from misusing heat in the past and a chemical double process on the last 4 inches of my hair. Hopefully this will "repair" my damage which is mainly dryness, dullness, and occasionally mild breakage (I have no split ends which is very surprising but I'm lucky). The ends of my hair are kind of a dark reddish brown (level 3 or 4) rather than 1b like my roots.

It means SOOOO very much that you took the time to not only watch this but to offer such detailed feedback. I'm still growing and feeling way through these KZbin streets! Every tip helps me to keep doing the things y'all like, and tweak the things that aren't working. I was relaxed for 15 years - I do understand the delicate nature of processed hair for sure. I hope it works well for you! (And I will consider some sort of "tip jar." Outside the product, this video was not monetized in any way. And yes, it was a lot of work. Lol! But viewers like you make it worth it the effort. )
@KnijMagz2 ай бұрын
@MacktheMaverick Absolutely! Thanks for your reply. Luckily I'm not relaxed I have Japanese Hair Straightening so the chemical is Ammonium thioglycolate rather than Sodium Hydroxide for example. So the bonds are restructured rather than broken down permanently. So I'm thinking this should work lol. And I wish you the very best with your channel! I could see you have a ton of subscribers in the future.

I love the lighting on your video . I know what you mean about odor control , but there's still wetness. The wetness can make me feel self conscious . In the summer I switch to mens Clinical Degree and in the fall and winter, I use women's Dove . The aluminum is suppose to be a concern for cancer. I care about that, but natural deodorants irritates my skin. I know you weren't speaking of natural deodorants, but I thought I'd over share. ☺ Good video !

Shea moisture just put out two new oils Rosemary & Vegan Collagen Strengthening Scalp & Hair Oil and Biotin & Multi-Peptide Anti-Hair Fall Scalp & Hair Oil. Do you mind doing a review on those? The ingredients looked pretty standard for what their purpose is but as you’ve stated in this video, the main thing tends to be lower on the ingredients list which is similar in these two new oils as well.

This is a great question! I was trying to do a little research, as I've also heard conflicting advice. I'm gathering that it may be dependent on the ingredients and whether or not they are designed to penetrate the hair or sit on top. In the meantime, I reached out to the company to see if they'll give me some product specific info. If/when they respond, I'll spin the block!
@chanaelcaldwell2 ай бұрын
You do not have to bother on the same day. Either or works fine, conditioners are formulated to do the same thing except DC (deep conditioner) have concentrates that C may not have. In other countries the conditioner is usually known as a rinse.
@suzanneaubin759911 күн бұрын
Masque then conditioner (if needed afterwards) Some masques do not detangle or moisturize. You need to apply the conditioner afterwards. For this line you really only need the masque. The shampoo and leave-in contain polyquat-10 which can coat hair in a way that is worse than some silicones. Sulfates, believe it or not, removes very little of it. The best detergent for removing polyquats is C14-16 olefin sulfonate, without the shampoo containing more polyquats or silicones. You want a clean slate. 😮

You're one of my ever greens . It's a good thing when I can share some good things that happen . I've always wanted a Gina and Pam type of friendship. A true friend can be someone you do not hear from or see daily. Yet , when you need them or want to just talk ; its as if you've never skipped a beat. As for handling loneliness, I think one must first decipher what their personality type is . Then , act on it. If you are happier with heavy interaction from people ; getting in groups , clubs and organizations may be a good choice . Get involved in church activities , but the key is to put yourself out there to be able to gain friendships. Like you , I love my alone time to recharge as well, but when I get in contact with people I try to be around like minds. Business types, no drama types , good spirited and people who appreciate life and some of the most simplest things . Such as flowers, plants , crafts. ..to say the least
