It is not an easy thing to overcome. Filler words is your brain trying to move through what you are saying. When you don’t have the next words or reading from a script it pauses and create filler words or sounds to bridge the vocal gaps. Like ah, hmm, like, you know, yeah, etc. Slowing down your speed of speech helps prevent filler words, and if you become sensitive to a filler word coming out just force yourself to be silent for a sec to prevent it from coming out. Once you get a grip of it you’ll feel it coming and stop it, it is a skill to master but filler words can very concurred for sure. But slowing down your speech is a good way to help and to think about the words as you say them also can move you forward.

My bad, I fixed it! I have this grip for both, which is why I got the title mixed up.

Yes, you bleed on it. That’s why it’s a pack of many covers, they’re disposable. So the interior can be wiped down with a soapy rag and then you can replace the cover to keep it as clean as possible!

We had the private cabana, so we didn’t attempt to go on the beach. It did look pretty crowded, so I would say if you’re not reserving anything, get off the ship as early as possible.

I've been to Coco Cay numerous times and there are plenty of beach chairs. There are also lots of loungers around the Oasis Lagoon, the large freshwater pool. The earlier you arrive, the better choice you'll have of seating. I'd recommend searching for Coco Cay videos on KZbin so that you can get an idea of the different beach locations. Be aware that the Hideaway (adults only) and Coco Beach Club have a fee associated with use, as does the Thrill Water Park (slides). The rest of the areas are included.
