Hi @jillsalkin7389-thanks for your comment! You're absolutely right-this isn’t The Beatles' song. Patti Austin wrote and recorded this for her 1976 album End of a Rainbow. While The Beatles' song is a reflective ballad, Patti’s version has its own soulful, jazzy vibe, with richer chord progressions, smoother phrasing, and a more improvisational vocal approach. The two songs share nothing beyond the title-they're entirely unrelated. Hope you still enjoyed it a little bit!

I actually enjoyed the vibe in the Palladium and was quite surprised that the overall energy was so high, considering there was no orchestra or musicians involved. That’s what I truly felt was lacking. As for Claire’s vocals, surely debatable … 🙂
