Ok so I don't think the mom is a phobe She probably just thought these feelings lasted too soon and/or probably didn't see that one girl as "good enough" for her. Then sh drew up a terrible recreation of one of her other friends, one she probably knew for a long time.

i had to grow up with parents like this, They didnt like anyone for who they were not knowing that there own daughter was trans an dive found it dumb how my parents hated people with there own style and the fact some people like different genders, And i always wondered "Why do you hate them" And my dad would sy what has the world come to because people like guys or girls, and it doesnt matter as long as you are yourself and care about the people around you who support you and everything

Brooooo omg this is adorable 🥹 The girls getting together, the flag, the mom finally excepting her, Even the little stickman drawing from her mom got a mans 😭 this is so- omg im not crying you are 😭 My bro at the end was like: "YALL WERE ALL TALKING SMACK ABOUT ME BUT LOOK AT ME NOW! I GOT MY OWN PERSON TO MAKE FUN OF ME 😝" 💀 Omg i could go on for hours i love this so much 😭 I HAVEN'T EVEN MENTIONED THE "me and julie" YET 🥲 i prob sound so cringe rn but i dont think you know how much this video means to me like as a part of the lgbt community who hasn't told her parents bc shes scared of not being excepted, this is helping me get that courage!

Love how the other drawings helped out, and how wholesome the story is. Not really the topic of the video, but the girl kinda looks like Mabel from Gravity Falls. (No hate ofc, I just like that detail)
