How do you define strongest? Because some of these guys are stronger than others by miles under circumstances, for example Azrael beat Kharn, or that Tiberos is the largest so by sheer size would he be the strongest?

One thing I've never understood about the drukhari is why they gave up their natural psychic gifts. I would think that doing Slaanesh things would let them harness even more of their power without damning their souls because Slaanesh leaves them in relative peace as long as they keep living their debaucherous lifestyle.

@Fueganthefireyguy Slaneesh is always eating away Drukhari souls. They use the excess to stave the great enemy off. Even doing Slaanesh thing does not stop the chaos god from trying to consume their souls. Tapping into the warp for the Aeldari means alerting the prince of pleasure and its Deamons and getting their souls rapidly or immidieatly eaten. The Drukhari do not have any protection against it. The Asuryani use special equipment and spirit stones otherwise they would suffer the same fate using the warp.
