Could you share some of your fav tofu recipes? I find it soo difficult to cook or even just to get it to taste half decent but I absolutely love it when I get it right!

INGREDIENTS * 4 dl oatmeal (finely rolled) * 3 dl milk or plant milk * 3 eggs * 2-3 ripe bananas (300 g) * 2 tsp. cinnamon * 4 tsp. baking powder * 1 pinch of salt * 1 tsp. honey PROCEDURE * Turn on the oven at 180 degrees fan * Mix oatmeal, milk and egg well together in a bowl * Mash the bananas with a fork and put them in the bowl * Add cinnamon, baking powder, honey and salt and mix well * If you have time, feel free to leave the "dough" for approx. 20-30 minutes * And let the oatmeal soak up the moisture * Grease the muffin pan with a little oil or butter (so they don't stick) * Divide the oatmeal mixture into 12 muffin tins * The "dough" must go all the way to the edge * Bake them in the middle of the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees hot air. I think you’d have so much fun making a butternut squash soup!! Vegan and so tasty, I’ve literally eaten two squashes in the past week in soup form! It’s also super duper easy if you have a blender! Roast some squash, while that’s in the oven cook up a diced onion, diced carrots, diced celery, and a whole head of diced garlic in olive oil in a pot/pan, scoop out the squash, blend it all up with some vegan cream, and season with salt and pepper until it tastes good! Add some fresh thyme if you wanna be fancy :) you could also totally blend in some chickpeas for more protein

Hi, I’m Emma and I’m 24 years old. My goal is to find friends that are introverted and socially awkward like me this year, because right now I don’t have any true friends🥲😅I’m in uni and I feel like I don’t belong. I rarely say yes to social activities because I feel like i am this shy and boring person.. for me things like small talking to people I don’t know that well is soooooo hard and completely drains me. *There are a few vitamins to take: Biotin for hair and nails. Take vitamin E and apply it to your appetite. I'm pretty sure that the nail salon might sale something to polish your natural nails which is important to cover future expenses. Vitamin C is great.
