I live in Jacksonville. I'm sailing on the Elation for the 4th time in November. I love this ship. It is very clean. The crew is top notch. I do know that they keep smoking on one side of the casino. I'm now platinum. I'm a casino club member. I drink free in the casino while I'm gambling. I can't wait to go again. I'm so happy that you enjoyed the Elation. Happy sailing ❤

Their sting is excruciating. Unless some dark-seeded cruise company has purposely removed their barbs..which would be highly illegal and barbaric.

TEMSCO SUCKS!!!! USE A DIFFERENT PROVIDER! They stuck my wife and I in the back seat sandwiched between two others at the window seats. We were made to feel like CARGE! Two more passengers were in the front. EVERYONE had great views EXCEPT us! I asked if I could switch on the way back, and they said no. We had NO good views. Everyone's weight was similar. This company does not care about customer satisfaction. $1050 RIP-OFF

Omg you’re lucky. Eating food at a pub that you bought somewhere else is a cultural no no in the Uk. Especially in a pub that sells food. You were lucky they didn’t ask you to leave. I know you wouldn’t be rude on purpose. Anyway looks like you had a good time.

Oh no, we had no idea! The food looked amazing there too but we didn’t have enough time to eat a meal so we just got a drink instead. Noted for next time for sure, thanks!

There was an earlier check in time, 9-9:30. When I went in late June we went from the front door of the terminal building to the actual boat in about 45 minutes, pretty great time! Great video

We cruised the Legend out of Dover in mid August. This was our 2nd time on the Legend. Ship was clean and looked wonderful. The new Livery was a nice addition. Totally enjoyed our time on this ship again. Our last 4 sailings were the Celebration, Jubilee, Mardi Gras and the Panorama. It was actually nice to ne on a smaller ship again. Peter from Seattle

Yea, we thought the layout was kinda weird as well….like when we would take our son to camp, we’d have to go to the Lido, walk to the other side just to get upstairs to the camp

Thank you for your review! We are scheduled for the Elation in April 2025. We were on the Sunshine last year and had a great time! I read other negative reviews for the Elation, but you brought a good unbiased review which took the worries away. This will be my 4th cruise, my wife's 2nd cruise and my wife's 2 sisters, brother-in-law, and "senior Father" (their first cruise) will join us on the Elation in April. It looks like it will be a good comparison to The Sunshine as in small size and amenities. Thank you again. Happy Next Cruse!

If I lived closer to a port I would definitely cruise on these older ships for the experience. Unfortunately I don’t live near any ports so it’s a days drive for a cruise so we generally take longer cruises on larger ships to make it worth our time.

Really appreciate the video! Very well-balanced and helpful. Regarding the retractable roof, often times these ships have them closed even in good weather because it becomes a wind tunnel (whether at sea or not). 😊
