According to its tooltip in the video, it's the Elixir of Deliverance. It doesn't do damage to it, it just turns it back into a human (assuming it's under 20% HP).

How is it that every time I see someone going spear Velmir, they can absolutely roll the manticore, and when I do I feel like a helpless peon with a long stick...? I swore spears always needed a bit of extra skills or more damage or better crowd control out of how unremarkable they are compared to what you can do with every other 2h weapon (the broadsword decapitations, the 2h mace permastun AoE knockback, the 2h axe absolutely crippling with bleeds and massive damage), but you somehow made spears look awesome! Never heard of a "magehunter" build but now I'm tempted to try...

A lot imo. All of the enemies in dungeon are completed but not much content in the open world. There is points of interest with some very unique mechanics. There's always the free demo if you wanna try out ❤

Quite similar. You just dodge more since you have more based dodge with AGI. I got very lucky getting treatise for spear 3 and athletic 3 on this run.
