Mixed categories or sub. Space and Aircraft. You can find enough of both. Difference? Aircraft shooting at Earthly objects or space craft shooting anything in space.

None of you clearly played Wizards & Warriors X: The Fortress of Fear - a notoriously difficult Gameboy game that is so brutal most people won't make it through the first level. Makes all the above games feel easy. Even with save states it's tricky to get through.

Had an NES that my uncle gave my dad. My dad and i would play Galiga, Super Mario Bros., Golf, and 1942. One of my favorite memories from that time was when i got a hole in one on one of the early stages of Golf. My Dad took me to get ice cream to celebrate.

How about Sensible Soccer? That's THE foot game on the GG according to many. Plays just as good as the Mega Drive and Amiga versions and the graphics don't really take a hit as the original already looked 8-bit. Sound is not the same of course.

The Japanese versions of Double Dragon I, II & 3 should've been developed by SNK as smash-hit reboots for the Neo•Geo MVS & AES. But instead, the company in 1995 turned Technōs' arcade blockbuster into just another random and generic Street Fighter II clone, but also inspired by the live-action flop. Seems like SNK didn't learn a lesson after seeing the horrendous Double Dragon V.🙄

1943 is the classic... mind you MiG-29 Soviet Fighter is another good one.. similar to Afterburner but it was unlicensed.. but it's fun and challenging with top down similar to 1943 but also has a 3rd person perspective like Afterburner..

@@rustycagechannel No problem. And I remember back when I was 8 and a half. I rented Superman 64 from Blockbuster and I was so disappointed at how awful it was, so the next day, I took it back and rented Spider-Man 64 instead, and I had a lot of fun with that one.

I absolutely agree on Battletoads and Dragon's Lair, but the rest are kinda easy (never played Star Wars tho). The are lots of harder games you could have picked, like Fortress of Fear, Contra, Solar Striker, Gradius/Nemesis, R-Type, Battletoads vs. Double Dragon, Mega Man 1+3, Castlevania, Lion King...
