Pringles! Ingenious. I like the use of sequins. I began working on a 'planet smasher' battle station recently, using a toilet float valve (!) While the spherical surface is just the job, I've found it difficult to get to bits and pieces I wanted to attach, to stick. Sequins may do it. (None in my wardrobe but hopefully my other half will have.)

An excellent synopsis. When I saw the granny grating, made me think, youve got a lighter alternative for when a door isn't essential, perhaps a cell or other basic storage. A sci fi portcullis, if you like. I noted your energy shield template in DW games. I use a similar approach for 15mm sci fi. You've got a couple of options for an energy grid or force field to close your portal.

@@TioGrassiente I really like the idea of the risk pieces. It's definitely an enjoyable game. Prompted to bring out a couple of fleets for my first game. I'd forgotten about the terrible storage accident so a lot of my models are damaged, especially the big, multipart capital ships. Not to worry. Thanks for your comment, but this is completely incorrect, I have played my games like this for years and we have never had any problems what so ever with what you have mentioned. That is the problem with many war games, the flat un interesting tables just got tiring. I also invented simple measuring sticks to aid with odd angles and elevations. I have spinning tables so you simply spin and get to all sides. There are solutions to everything, it's never perfect but always possible. So no, I always prefer this way of play for special scenarios.

@@BennyBartez excellent idea, while this game focuses on gods of classic mythology, there is no reason you couldn't bring in a cool orc god. When you get the book you can decide what historical god to model your orc god from. The only thing I will say is that the game uses a lot of modifiers which for me can be difficult to keep track of. This is still a good system and has an expansion called : celts which is useful for those fey gods.
