I can't believe I only just found your channel! Hearing you talk about the comics and name all the characters made my geek heart warm. It's hard to find current-day Marvel fans who are that informed on lore! Can't wait to watch more from you, keep it up!

@@queezy0601 I have been! Loving it! I think in the future it'd be cool if you had a Mega or Drive with your reactions having the show/film you're watching in the corner. I tried to follow along with some of your film and show reactions and I wasn't able to tell where you were at! No problem if not, but it'd definitely be cool to see!

Plus the side plot of She Hulk trying to defend Blonksky while preventing him from transforming into the Abomination.
@andrewadams4815Ай бұрын
Yeah the Asgardian shapeshifter was funny especially when she tries to quote Thor from Ragnorok.

As well as the back and forth between Wong and the amateur novice charlatan magician is kinda very interesting.
@andrewadams4815Ай бұрын
Also the whole joke with the demonic goat was kind funny.

The fact that there was a court battle over whether it’s real magic or not is kinda interesting plus the Sopranos reference is kinda funny.

Plus the side plot of Jennifer using She Hulk to get dates to ease her loneliness is tragic especially since the one successful date she had only loved She Hulk and left when she became Jennifer.
@andrewadams4815Ай бұрын
The fact that it involves a novice amateur magician who was a former disciple of Wong actually makes this episode work.
@andrewadams4815Ай бұрын
Also I think having Wong make an appearance is pretty cool considering that the original comics also had magic as plot points.
@andrewadams4815Ай бұрын
I’ll admit having Abomination come back after being gone since 2008 is pretty nice especially since he’s more of a character rather than a plot point for hulk to smash like he was in the 2008 film.
@andrewadams4815Ай бұрын
Honestly this was good episode with some decent character development as we got to see Jennifer’s family for the first time.
@andrewadams4815Ай бұрын
Well to be fair Jennifer made it clear she didn’t want to be a Hulk to begin with.
@andrewadams4815Ай бұрын
Yeah they do throw Bruce under the bus but it’s not as prevalent or constant so he’s still treated with some respect.
@andrewadams4815Ай бұрын
Yeah Titania does come back couple episodes later due to a trademark over the name She Hulk and who deserves the name.
@andrewadams4815Ай бұрын
I don’t understand why Jennifer was fired because she was exposed as a Hulk but if she hadn’t hulked out Titania would’ve done worse damage to the courthouse. I know it was so she could go over to Superhuman Law but I would’ve preferred a better reason.

Plus it helps that there’s character development for the rest of the series.
@andrewadams4815Ай бұрын
Yeah this is not as bad as people have made it out to be and Hulk isn’t treated as a joke he’s actually a genuine teacher and She Hulk is more or less willing to learn from him.
@andrewadams4815Ай бұрын
Yeah they only changed the gangsters with the aliens other than that it’s still pretty faithful to the original story.
@andrewadams4815Ай бұрын
Yeah I don’t think this as bad as everyone says it is it’s a lot more likable than other woke tv or movies and the rest of the series actually gets better.

Great review though I don’t understand why we don’t get to see clips from the first episode is it because Disney blocked you from doing so just wondering.

He was so good-looking and fun loving. In one of his first interviews, I think on Larry King Live, after his accident he answered a question about what happened to him with this (paraphrased) "Some people fall out of a window on the sixth floor and only have a few scratches. Others trip over their shoe laces and have a fatal fall." His and Robin Willams' friendship was everything the definition of friendship should be. That was not the actual footage of his near fatal accident. Apparently he fell straight on the top of his head and his first 2 vertebrae were crushed by the weight of his entire body. Basically his injury could be compared to being decapitated because his skull was no longer attached to (the rest of) his spine, but was only attached to the rest of his body by skin, veins, arteries, muscles and nerves. You can hear him tell it in his own words here kzbin.info/www/bejne/nYm8d32bZ96Iaa8 It's a miracle he survived at all.

Yeah I agree with you dude. There hasnt been a decent Superman movie since the Reeve Superman movies. In terms of the character of Superman and Clark Kent. I enjoyed the adventures of Lois and Clark with Dean Cain and Teri Hatcher ... Man of Steel had some good stuff in it and Henry Cavill was a good Superman and the movie has some good stuff in there but they have all felt lacking since the Christopher Reeve Superman movies. I even like 3 and 4 better than any superman movies this century.

10:00 Nick Fury at this time was White and more so based on David Hassel Hoff or the 616 mainline comics, Sam Jackson Nick Fury came from the Ultimate Universe or the 1610 comics which was during the early to mid 2000s. Agent Gabriel here isn't really a stand in for Nick Fury though Fury does get mentioned in the first 2 episodes and I believe in the later episodes I do understand the confusion, we do see 616 Nick Fury in the Spider-Man 90s series (both the original as well as Spider-Man unlimited)

Yawn! A man flying around in tights and having a rediculous fear of glowing green rocks. Seriously, why should a man in blue thigts be taken seriously as a hero? It’s the 24th year of 2000 already and I think its time for a reality check!

Note that hulk turned the tables on that fight and the fact he was able to resist gravitons power shows how strong this hulk is like gravitons face just looked so speechless seeing hulk still stand.
@TimothyRiley-z4d3 ай бұрын
Honestly much better writing and potential for hulk and bruce in this than mcu honestly like a version of bruce where he isn't always trying to keep the hulk inside because he fears him but actually embraces hulk and giving him more screentime makes me vibe with them both even more
@TimothyRiley-jq9nb3 ай бұрын
I feel like the writers actually understand the potential of the two characters with bruce being like a mentor figure having him not physically but mentally talking to hulk in his head. actually reaching out to him thinking he can make difference in the world and hulk who's physically fighting the world that fears him so much and think he a rampaging monster and that only. hulk just wants to be left alone trying to find where he belongs in the world and that's where the avengers come to play in the story. Bruce convinced hulk to help them and all hulk asked in return was full access to the body they share and bruce agrees sacrificing so much so hulk can show the world he can be a force for good. The reason he stayed was because the avengers were at his side when shield confronted him he's never experienced something like that actions do channge how people see you
