The movie basically ended with her ditching the guy she has high and lows with for 7 years for a guy who looks at everything with rose colored glasses. In the real world tho, she’d probably date the 2nd guy for a mere 1 year and either goes back to the first guy, or find a similar guy to the first guy. Because its 7 years, not 1-2 years relationship. She was obviously happy too with the first guy and the only reason she went for the second guy is because he seems to follow whatever she said. The first guy actually also had followed whatever she wanted, and the only thing he asked is for her to stop her job, mainly because the shop actually wasn’t doing well even if she is actually talented. The first guy was rational and was able to guide her, as she said to her friend earlier in the movie, the first guy was stable enough to even take care of her frantic tendencies. The director however said, many girls in Korea had wanted fantasies like the second guy offered but in reality they need the first guy in an actual marriage.
