If it is avascular, why do I bleed when giving myself insulin?

Only the epidermis is avascular, both dermis and hypodermis (subcutaneous) are vascular and Insulin is injected subcutaneously

Not every shock has a fever I know... And not every infection has a fever I've been going through an infection with gram positive and negative bacteria for 2 years. My infection to affected the blood flow causing lower edema the varicose veins heart issues and because I didn't have a fever it would untreated for far too long and it has still been hard even with blood aspirate cultures showing the pathogens it's still hard to get treatment if I don't have a fever a 2-year battle should have been a 10-day antibiotic 2 years ago we have got to stop teaching our medical staff that without a fever you do not have an infection... Please this has been the most frustrating part of my recovery

Hello Doctor Saudi, my CT scan from my Oncologist dated 7/28/2022 showed that I have: A mass-like structure at the anterior right third intercostal space intimately associated with the lower aspect of the right pectoralis minor muscle. When I went to see a Cardiologist Friday Sept 30th, 2022 to obtain a clearance to have cataract surgery, This doctor he did not clear me for the surgery because he said that according to the Xray and EKG that he did of my heart that day, he told me that I have a blockage in my heart and that he needed to do more studies, like a cat-scan and an electrocardiogram. However, I was reading that I could be experiencing angina, but then again, I am not a doctor. I do know that the pressure in my chest has always been there, since 2008, when I had reconstruction surgery on my 2 breasts. However, the pain comes and goes, mostly when I am stressed like cleaning or even walking in the mall. However, this CT scan from my Oncologist is making me worried because now that I know that I suffer from heart disease, I am concerned about this mass and my heart. My questions are: 1) Can my heart be compromised with this mass? 2) Should I be worried about this mass 3) Could the mass be blocking my heart? I forgot to say that the pain that I experience is like needle pain that comes and goes. But I also think that it could be linked to the radical mastectomy of the right breast back in 2004. And the flat tram reconstruction in 2008 so I do get a lot of pressure and lymphedema in my chest from those surgeries. So, I don't know for sure what is going on in there. I also have metastasis in my ribs and lumbar, which means more chaos happening in that area. I would like to know your opinion please. Thank you. BTW I am a 66-year-old female.
