Those are boat cup holders. I used clear surgical tubing and routed it through a hole in the floor of my truck to drain any condensation that builds up in the bottom

Awesome! Love the sound. Is the clutch slipping on the shifts? I had to do the clutch on my gs650 because it wouldn't grab on the shifts.

It’s been giving me issues. I keep adjusting it tighter and it slowly gets worse. So it probably needs clutches

This has helped me by the way as I too have a 1978 GS750, though mine it stock and in good condition, I have some work to do to get it running right. I love that mine still has points and condensors in it, though I now need to learn about them. My apprenticeship was kind of in the last year of points really back in the late 80's, everything I've owned has had electronic ignition.
