Who is she kidding. It is the way she's wearing the scrubs, the top in this case. The waistband seems to be pulled up really high, way past her waistline. Then the shirt is tucked in really snug and close-fitting, so that it does not spill over or waistband or enough beyond the circumference of her body where it's tuck in. It looks like she's wearing the top in a way that purposefully accentuates her unusually large breasts, given the size of her frame (body). There's a 1 in 200 chance that she doesn't have implants. So, yes, she does need a larger top for her scrubs.

I'm so glad that you gave him that party. I was very close to my father he was my best friend.. The things I missed most about my dad is talking about business that I didn't really share with anybody else he was a great businessman and I was a business major so we enjoyed our conversations .He was a great traveling buddy also whenever we traveled we always stop somewhere and had coffee and a nosh I miss that but the great memories that we have live on in our hearts forever.
