heres the real problem with wrongful convictions. If they convict the wrong person on bad evidence, and then ten years later its found that they didnt do it, the case doesnt reopen, theres been 10 years of cases since then and detectives dont go back to that. Only huge departments like NYPD and the FBI can actually afford to have a meaningful cold case division with resources and personnel to try and solve cold cases

I call bs lol. I would easily do this for 1 million dollars. Yeah it would suck to not have legs, but prosthetics are so good now that it wouldn't really impede me and having that amount of money would be enough to go into a soft retirement where i still work an office job for maybe 10 hours a week.
