I ran across this video trying to find out if the voice actor for Yumyulack is the same as Ant Man for the Spidey cartoon my 4 year old watches. But after this I need no proof lol. That voice is unmistakable. Crazy the range of characters VO actors play lol. From superhero who shrinks down to the size of an ant; to a Shlorpian that turns others into Ant-sized people who end up becoming superheroes... ah the wall... such a long running side story. 😂

They could absolutely make a new Miami Vice series, but as Don said they need to streamline the creative process and get someone who understands what made Miami Vice work, and keep the extra mediocre corporate fingers out of the creative pie. Just how Miami Vice ran PARALLEL to reality with a stylized south beach/Miami, they could make a Miami Vice in the present day, but have it heavily influenced by the 80's - There is a HUGE 80's retro scene thats been running for over a decade - the film "Drive"/ The T V show "Stranger Things" Synthwave, Retrowave music, the 80's aesthetic is cool with younger people, so it can be done, and if they are smart about it they can get a young audience without alienating the older crowd. Telling gritty, modern Miami based stories, but with a 80's flavour- original 80's music AND some really cool with the kids/underground modern 80's inspired music! Just Do It!👍

Nice review! I like how Don was okay answering what you asked, even though he's been asked about Miami Vice many time over the last 4 decades. I remember watching the show as a teen, but ever since then have seen so many movies that STILL to this day imitate the look and feel of Miami Vice.
