Your level was fun. The music and aesthetics were also in good harmony. The info box & layer 3 tide gimmick were used cool. I compared your level to Blind Devil's VLDC11 entry (le reservoir). I think you got inspired by that. I wish you good luck for the results! By the way, I'm very sad to see your old channel and videos go. It affects me when great efforts are lost. I wish you good luck and morale for this too!

Around 1:40, the screen starts scrolling on its own. If you put the auto scroll sprite in the middle of the level, there's a risk of soft ock. If L/R scrolling is enabled, you could crash the game. Did you disable L/R scrolling, though? BTW, what's the theme? Greenhouse?

One of my favorite entries of the contest. This is the best use of the metroid sprite and the vertical section as well as the boss are cleverly designed. I really hope you'll get to the top 3!

I'd really only criticise its rather kaizo-y nature in a standard contest, but that's all the negative I'd say. Creativity and gameplay are really well balanced! I especially love the various uses of metroid sprites, whether it be guiding them away from something or surviving them before being allowed to progress. Coins really make some good setups too, rather than just acting as a timer increase. That kind of stuff really makes me praise the level even more! GG OEO6 for making a level that might be a bit grueling for a standard contest, but makes an extraordinary level nonetheless. ;3

I like this level a lot. The vertical mini room challenges were cool, and the autoscroll Boo fight isn't something I've seen a lot of before.

Nice level, but it was more of a vanilla ice cream cone level. Once, I made a level where the Metroids drain your timer. That was cool how to made the beanstalk go up through the block and how you used the ON/OFF switch blocks. How did you do the thing w/the beanstalk? It always hits the block and stops when I try to do that.

Cool, but how did it let you put so many different sprites in the level? It looked really professional but it looks like it was probably was really hard if the player had to hurry in some parts, and they don't really know what to expect. It looks like it was really well designed though.
