I live in Turkey and i have a medical tourism agency here, hospitals in Turkey are huge and equipped with the last technology devices, we have doctors graduated from Harvard, Yale, Oxford, and worked even in Mayo Clinic.

As a facilitator who is a travel agent how can you visit an operating theatre , ensure care is correct etc? Only certified health care staff can visit a hospital!

Opinions are one thing, understanding clinical evidence is another. As a Louisiana LPN I've trained for my job and I know how good care is bit by looking and forming business relationships but by seeing results.
