I was trying to find this 3 years later and your video is at the top of the list! You saved me some time so I thought I would take the extra time and say thank you!! My analog isn't working after switching Computers, I thought an update would help because when I purchased it many years ago I had to connect it wasn't even choice. Assuming this, I tried to connect it, I thought an update would force it but looks like I have to run it manually. Good thing challenges are fun again thanks!

my mk3 is undetected both macOS and windows. firmware updaters don't work. "Factory firmware" links on their own site are dead 404 pages. Support is trash. I barely used this thing, and now it's completely useless.

honest opinion. It is nice that they called it DEEP BASS, but if you like really deeper bass you may look into the bigger brother from JBL. Regarding the Partybox... I do not know that one , I have seen it but never had a chance to listen in an Home environment,. I can not tell you what is the better one of this both option. The JBL 2.1 has a nice deep bass, what is enough for a small room (as TV Sound)

@@sureshlama9769 what you mean? if your neighbour still can hear the Bass? To give there a proper answer would need much more informations, on where u place the Bass, Woodenfloor will transmit better then a Beton Floor, the bass after my feeling without using a DB Meter. is best after 3 meters , by placing it at least 30 -50 cm away from any wall. This is a TV Soundbar, not an PA system, what would I GUESS SUITS BETTER, if you need the bass travel longer distance. if you consider this Bar for Party Sound, then BETTER NOT. CHeck OUT a PA system Active with 15" SUBwoofer or bigger, and with may 15-120 HZ that travels further for sure, and still have a good kick bass, but goes low as well
